A Little Hiccup

We apologize for the noticable gap between this post and that last.  Hopefully this will not be an issue in the future.

Lets see… what has happened between the then and now?  A newfound respect for 2-D fighters, Halo’s extremely boring ODST, Halo’s extremely intense firefight mode, PSP go, Left 4 Dead‘s extremely short ‘Crash Course’ and the emerging rumors of a Super Street Fighter IV.

We all know that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was always a great game but who knew it could be better?  With a highly addictive and beautiful presentation this game rivals the likes of the current BlazBlue and Street Fighter IV.  For those who kill for unlockables will be a little disappointed  with the fact that they did away with the shop and have given you everything up front.  The online matches are intense and the others on Live will be sure to give you a run for your money.

Halo’s ODST “dropped” in September and, from our opinion, did not deliver.  For what could have been an easy patch turned into something bigger and not much better.  With a bland storyline and amazing firefight mode it leaves you with the feeling that you may have just been ripped off.  Given the firefight rivals that of the Halo multiplayer it still makes you feel that there should have been more.

Now for that darn little PSP Go.  wtf.

For all of those boycotting Left 4 Dead 2 crazies Valve just gave you a big plate of Zombies.  Excuse me, little plate.  A 15 minute long campaign and only consisting of 2 chapters, again, we feel ripped off.  I will have to say, it seems that Valve is really trying to just shut people up.  I will be purchasing L4D 2, but I have to agree with the boycotters, where is the DLC?

Back to fighters.  We have recently been doing some research on the Super Street Fighter rumors and have been surprised to see some screenshots consisting of Dudley, T.Hawk and Dee Jay.  I think Street Fighter IV had a great line-up, but I am excited to see what and who they add in this one.
